Any age (6-15) can sign up for either route.
Short route is 50m swim, 1.5 mile bike, and 0.5 mile run
Long route is 100m swim, 3 mile bike, and 1 mile run
We are limiting registration to 100 participants.
PACKET PICK-UP:
Pickup will be at the YWCA (1910 S Lewis Ave.) and will be held on the 23rd and 24th from 4p- 7p.
The raceday packet pickup will begin at McClure Park Pool at 7:30am and conclude just before 9am. Participants will receive a bib for themselves as well as their bike.
THE RACE:
The triathlon will be held at McClure Park at 7440 E. 7th St Tulsa, OK 74112 on Sunday, May 26th at 9am. Please arrive by 8:15 as we will be closing roads at 9am.
Parking will be in the Eastside lot near the tennis courts (reference map).
We will begin with the long route at 9am and starting with swimming, moving immediately into biking, and finishing with running. We expect the event to conclude around 10:30am.
After all participants finish, we will award medals to all.
OTHER:
We will have refreshments for all participants and spectators throughout the race.
Spectators are provided with bleachers if they so choose.
Parents/Guardians of participants may assist in the transition areas if they wish but must stay off the course for the safety of the participants.
All participants are responsible for their swim/bike/run distance. The long and short route will be taking place at the same time. We will not have a way to distinguish participants and guide them. Signage will be provided to assist them.
Bikes will not be provided.
Participants must dress appropriately for swimming, biking, and running. Time to change in-between events will not be provided.
